Business Marketing Association, SoCal Chapter Unveils New Look and UX to Career Center – A Local Resource for Companies, Job Seekers and Recruiters

Business Marketing Association, Southern California Chapter (SoCal BMA), an organization focused on professional development, fostering relationships, and continually educating business-to-business (B2B) marketers, today unveiled a new look plus comprehensive User Experience (UX) capabilities within their Career Connection Job Bank. The SoCal BMA Job Bank focuses on professional success enablement in the fields of marketing and communications.

SoCal BMA’s Career Connection Job Bank is a professional center where companies, candidates, and recruiters can connect with one another through job postings, resume postings, and application submissions for new career opportunities.

“SoCal BMA’s Job Bank allows employers to efficiently reach qualified marketing and communications professionals by listing their company job openings in our system, and job seekers are able to find suitable opportunities right at their fingertips,” stated Luz Marina, President of SoCal BMA.

Job seekers are able to set up their own account to post their resumes, view current job postings, and set up personalized job alerts to stay aware of new positions that match their search criteria. Companies and recruiters have access to posted resumes, and are able to post jobs on the online platform including premium placement opportunities.
